Static Feed Hopper
Hopper consists of:

1.8m wide X 4.3m long and is fabricated from 6mm thick steel Lined with 8mm plate, with a capacity of 4 cubic meters.
Inclined Oversize Conveyor
1500mm wide x 12.5m long conveyor.

10 Bay Picking Station No 1

The overall length of the Horizontal section of the conveyor is 32.5m long x 1500mm wide
The conveyor runs flush with the main structure allowing material to be safely and easily disposed of to each of the 20 outlet chutes 2.5m X 450mm

823 Static Trommel
Drum
The Rotary Trommel consists of:

A 2.44 diameter x 7m long Drum. The inlet and discharge rings are made from 12mm thick steel plate Drum fitted with 50mm punch plates.
Four large solid rubber tires connected to individual 7.5kW. Electric motors through reduction gear box to drive the Trommel.
One solid rubber tire provides thrust support for the drum.

Four Bay Picking Station No 2

Horizontal section is designed that the conveyor belt is 1200mm wide x 18m long and runs flush with the main structure allowing material to be safely and easily disposed of to each of the eight outlet chutes 1500mm x 500mm

Three Bay Picking Station No 3

Horizontal section is designed that the conveyor belt is 1200mm wide x 19.2m long and runs flush with the main structure allowing material to be safely and easily disposed of to each of the eight outlet chutes 1500mm x 500mm
