Waste Recycling Plant

EMS Ltd were  selected by Calder Valley Skip Hire in Sowerby Bridge Halifax to decommision an existing ineffiecient plant and install an improved plant to increase the processing capacity of the site.

This plant has been designed to utilise the waste ground to the rear of the waste transfer shed thus maximising space for tipping and stockpiling of sorted waste under cover. 

Plant  Include:

• Trommel screen-28ft long and 8ft diameter drum,
• Multiple screen splits
• fines cleaning Screen.
• TWIN line picking station.
• 2x 0verband magnets
• 2x fan systems

• 828 Static Trommel with Fines Collection Conveyor mounted under trommel feeding  to flip flow screen.
• Oversize material is split in the trommel to Two Seperate material sizes and passed through
• Twin line 6 bay Picking Station including
• Over – Band Magnets, 
• Air Knife Separation system
